My boyfriend and I have been together for 4 months. He a really great guy. He has two kids and I have none. Well recently we found out that the kids mom is going to die from cancer. Well I am living with him and all this stuff means is that I am basically going to be a mom. I am only 21 and I am a little unsure at the moment what would be the best way to handle this situation. What would you do?? 18 and up please!!!

Well the living situation is complicated I dont plan on living there forever. I can move out any time I need to. I just like staying with him. I am hardly there anyways. I work a lot at least 4-5 12 hour shifts a week. And I dont think that 4months is too soon to love someone,. I care about him very much and would never do anything to hurt him. So yea I love him..

Just be gentle with the children. After all they will have just lost a mother and could become a bit rebellious. Whatever you do if they are old enough to understand what has happened, don't ask them to call you Mum. Don't make promises you can't keep. If you want to become this man's second wife, it will probably depend on how you treat and cope with his children. So be careful. Good Luck.

4 months and already living together, wow! I cant imagine after 4 months that you love him. That is a little soon to know if you love him. I would step before the kids come home.

You aren't going to be a mom, you will be a stepmom. And if it gets to be a hassel, hit the door. You not his baby momma.
