I am 27 years old and i will often ride the public transportation system where i live, It's not that uncommon that i will get talking to a girl that will find attractive while riding it and will have a conversation with her.

Is is too assertive to ask her for her # if I've like just met her like 15 minutes before?

How are you supposed to get in contact with her again unless you either ask her for her # or give her yours? The worst that could happen is that you could get a slap in the face or she could just say, "no". When I met my first husband, he asked me for my # and I told him that no, I didn't want to give it out so he gave me his and then I called him the next week... that seemed to turn out okay.

Unless she comes out as strong as you seem to, I wouldn't ask her for her number untill you've met her at least half a doz times and talked with her. I find many attractive females too but I got to know them for a while before I make a move.

No I don't think that is being too assertive to ask her but if you feel she could think so and it would scare or turn her off then just tell her you would like to talk to her again sometime if she is interested and give her your number.

Not if she seems to be enjoying the conversation. Just be casual. Say "not to be too forward but maybe we could do this another time." Maybe instead of asking for her number give her yours.

Just say something like that: "I'm sorry if this seems a little forward considering we just met, but there's something about your smile that makes me think that if I don't ask for your number that I'm going to walk away and regret it." ------ now that is nice and flattering without being creepy.

Yes, because you could seem like a stalker. Instead, offer her your phone number with a casual invitation to maybe call you sometime.

Considering you may never see this person again. Just tell her that she seems rather interesting and you most likely wont meet up again by chance and ask her for her phone number.
