ok well, after I eat dinner I always crave something sweet like icecream or chocolate..I'm trying to cut back on that stuff..so do you have any ideas that could help.. like my mom said to have toats with jam instead and does help..but a few more ideas would be nice..thanks! =D

Try making a fruit smoothie, use light whip cream. That works pretty good for me. Or for chocolate I fix sugar free hot chocolate and add light whip cream.

Then brush your teeth ad get some ice, lol.

Try eating less salty dinners, lots of salt makes sweat cravings, and visa versa.

Try angel food cake with like strawberries on top. Its low in sugar, fat and calories. Strawberries with light cool whip. Most grocery stores have light ice cream sandwhiches which is only 1 gram of fat and 100 calories opposed to most light ice creams themselves. Just think fruit its sweet but isn't loaded with the fat and calories that most sweets do.

i had that problem too
i think you should just drink juice
its sweet
and it will make you lose the desire to eat something sweet
i have done that too.
