Any that are direct.

Any that utilize attack and defend at the same time strategy.

Any that utilize the opponents energy against them.

Any that immobilize the opponents power to attack.
(ex. taking out an ankle, knee or breaking the hip girdle with a kick)

Any that will direct your opponents power away from you there by giving you centerline advantage, and control of center line.

They all have their own benefits, and own special techniques, but I love to sprawl and brawl. I love it when someone tries to take me down to the ground, this allows me to get them in a clinch hold and go to town on their body with knees, then their face with elbows, then I am the one that gets to pick them up and slam them down as hard as possible, mount them and pound the hell out of their face while they at this point have absolutly no energy to continue and are in a constant panic state of mind.
