If you're referring to the NASCAR car of tomorrow the answer is that the body is a generic body that is developed for all of the short track cars. the body is more like a wide sports car than a stock car. All of the car of tommorw designsl use the same template so the cars will all look pretty much the same, give or take a fake hood scoop here and there. The car is a wider car that has an adjustable wing spoiler on the back and a movable air dam on the front to change the aero package on the car based on the track. The engines are still indivually manufacturered by each race team. so the answer is 'everyone is driving it on Sunday'. this season they are only using the car on the short tracks like Bristol, Darlington and Richmond. next year it will be used everywhere as the cookie-cutter cars go season wide.
