Depending on the type of jewelry you are using this answer can vary.
If you have a piercing stud (post with butterfly backing), take latex gloves or a thin cloth on each side of the piercing and pull. Sometimes having help is uh, helpful but if you can't get it off don't panic. Just try again in a bit. Pulling around the jewelry too much can cause irritation and swelling to your ear making it harder to remove jewelry.
If you have a barbell, simply get a pair of latex gloves and twist the balls. One of them should come undone and you will be able to slide the jewelry out.
If you have a CBR (captive bead ring, which is a metal ring with a single ball) you can try to pop the ball out, again using latex gloves for a good grip. But its usually best to have a piercer remove the jewelry for you so you don't hurt yourself or damage the piercing.
Whatever you have in there, don't use pliers to try and get it out. You can hurt yourself and damage the piercing and its just not safe. If you are having troubles is okay to go to a professional piercer and ask for their help.

I'm assuming (and hoping) you mean that you have it with a captive bead ball and you can't get the ball out. That happens all the time and I always went back to the piercer. They usually charge about $5 and they take it out without hurting or pulling. Especially since cartilidge is only a little elastic, you don't want to hurt your ear by pulling on it incorrectly.
Also, don't put peroxide on your piercing! I don't know why people say to do that, but any piercer will tell you that it'll just dry it out too much and irritate it.

It depends on what kind of earing your using. If the screw in the gage is stuck, just keep twisting and it will loosen. For any other earring, if somebodys' availabe have them help. It might hurt a little bit to get out, but that's the best you can do. Get a new earring.

soreness is different for all people, yet mine only felt like a no longer hassle-free pinch, then slightly of a burn. The healing technique hurts lots nevertheless, fantastically in case you lay on that ear. determine you pass to an certainly piercing place that makes use of needles, no longer weapons. weapons can't be sterilized, which leads to an infection, and they additionally carry the prospect of shattering you cartilage, which sucks.

I have a regular stud in mine and that happened once. It hurt but finally I had to just pull as hard as I could on the back because I tried twisted it and using peroxide with no success. It made my ear bleed a little but it didn't get infected or anything.

Try rubbing peroxide or rubbing alcohol with a cotton ball around your earring and see if it gets it loose. If that doesn't work, I would call the place you got it pierced and ask them what to do.
