yes... usually a glass or two of Southern Comfort... but not to worry... it soon disappears

You're a lucky person. I've never seen one, but I have felt their presence. Don't worry about it, get friendly with it. It's probably an angel sent to watch over you or a spirit needing help to cross over. Watch John Edwards on TV and get some clues.

I would have suggested an odd reflection of light in your room but....
It could be a problem with your eye(s). Maybe you burned your retinas or have a floater. Could be optic nerve damage, cerebral aneurysm, or brain tumor....uhhh, do you ever get migraine headaches or abuse drugs?
If not, you see dead people.
