Well, first do you talk to him on a daily bases? And do you have him for a class or something!! Then you should find out his interests and if he is in a club, JOIN IT!!! i had the same problem last year. the key to getting him to notice you is to consider him a friend. talk to him every now and then and play it cool. DON'T LURE HIM AWAY BY STARING AT HIM. if you stare, you will totally give yourself away. be cool, and don't touch your face and hair a lot when your around him because then he'll know your attracted to him. wear make-up. make your eyes bigger by applying eyeliner on the top AND bottom only half way, put light eyeshadow at the top, middle-colored eyeshadow on your eyelid, and dark eyeshadow to the side, only not too much. wear a light lip gloss only not too much cause it might stick to your hair. straighten your hair. if you straighten your hair and run your fingers through it a lot, guys can't help themselves but stare; it makes them crazy! its happened to me tons of times.the wrong guys unfortunitely:( well, good luck, try everything i said because it really does work. i got to go out with my crush after doing all that. take care!

If you are really sure you like him and not embarrassed to be turned down tell him, maybe he might feel the same, unless he ignores you or something. I don't know if this will work, but when I like a guy I always want to become friends with him so he knows me well, and maybe he might come to like me... well I don't know.. it might work, but I'm not the biggest guy expert, so the best thing to do is tell him.
