Junk food.........ah, such an addiction, yet, so good.

Well, let's break it down:

Junk food (i.e. fast food) - you should never eat this crap. It's bad for your heart, adds lots of empty calories and totally not good for you in any way, nutrition-wise.

Candy bars, donuts, etc.......also of no nutritional value, but hey, you are a girl.... and monthly PMS will MAKE YOU CRAVE CHOCOLATE and sweets.

While donuts and cakes should be avoided, you can have your chocolate and eat it, too. Particularly DARK CHOCOLATE....... (which has more antioxidants to prevent cancer, has magnesium and all kinds of health benefits)

So eat your chocolate! :) Here's proof:

Like anything, eat it moderation.

Do get your exercise regularly and drink plenty of water. Don't totally deprive yourself of treats every now and then (because if you do this, you'll only consume something else in its place and that starts the whole binge/purge cycle which is unhealthy).

That depends. If you're talking ice cream, once or twice a month. McDonald's? Try to avoid it altogether. Doughnuts are horribly fattening, and candy bars should be like once every two weeks or so. While reducing your junk food consumption, eat more fruits and veggies. If you honestly hate veggies, at least eat a fruit a day. Also, if you think your diet is restricted now, just wait 40 years and you'll be laughing when the junk food eating people are keeling over with heart attacks.

Well really you should not eat junk food at all but i mean who actually does that? lol! Just eat but control it. Count calories a little bit. Like for instance, cheetos have like 160 or 140 calories in 21 chips. So just eat 21. Ya know just watch out and try to balance and eat healthy food too!!! =-]
Hope that helps!

You should always limit your intake on sugar snacks, it's not really needed. Watch your total calories and don't eat more then three servings in the week. Chips are good when baked. Stay away from high Sat.fat content. read our labels, it's put there so you know it's contents. Notice how your body feels/reacts to the different intake and adjust.

not too often - treat yourself to something a day - but not too much - so have one choc bar a day or one bag of crisps or once a week have a take out. junk foods actually clog your insides, thats why people go on so much about eating whole foods as they help keep you fuller for longer, and clean out yur system easier

Ideally, no more than 2 servings (like what the package calls a serving!) a week.
But one SMALL serving a day probably won't hurt you.
Get more exercise if you go beyond that.
