She started out on Sun evening vomiting and by monday morning she had diahria. I took her into the vet on wed morning and that is when she started pooping blood. She got better thurs. morning but would eat. By the middle of the day she was vomiting and having diahria again. How long does the virus usually last and is she going to die?

I'm assuming your vet has her on IV for hydration and is controlling her vomiting and diarrhea. All you can do is wait and hope for the best. Unfortunately, corona virus is only serious in puppies. They can and do recover so be positive and hopefully your puppy will get better soon!

Coronavirus doesn't cause the symptoms you describe and doesn't last as long as you're describing..
Coronavirus really doesn't make dogs sick. Only puppies less then 6 weeks old get coronavirus and it causes loose orange stool that resolves on it's own in @ 24 hours.

What you are describing sounds a lot like Parvo. If it is indeed parvo it is very serious.
