to loose weight in 2 weeks time, you need a stead exercise 4 to 5 time in a week and it will be morning and night.
In the morning you have to do a road walk/ early morning run may by 5am- 6am and after that you have to do press up and some little exercise before taking your bath and removing the road walk in the night, do the rest exercises you did in the morning then your night bath.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
