Schneb is correct. See Job 1 and 2, Zechariah 3:1-2 and Revelation 12:10. Satan still has Heavenly access, but no influence at all.

EDIT: When Jesus stated He saw Satan fall from Heaven like lightening, He was prophesying about what takes place at Revelation 12:7-12.

He's out but he still has access. Look in the first few chapters of Job. Satan and some of his angels present themselves before God. It's not til the time of the war in heaven that he is cast down to earth for good with no more access. Don't worry his fate is already sealed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember hearing that Satan used to be an
angel up in heaven but he did not liked God soon and he was distrusting him and thats is when he was "kicked' out of heaven. Or I think he just left to overpower him in hell.

Revelation12:7-9 says, "And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. "

When Jesus was enthroned in heaven in 1914, Satan and his demons were thrown out of heaven and restricted to the vicinity of the earth.

Mr. Depp,

Sort of. He still has access. But there will come a time when he is kicked out one last time. He will be chained up and sit it out for a thousand years. I don't think that he will feel that it's a vacation.

He was thrown out a long time ago. Now he is roaming among us and soon he will be thrown into the lake of fire along with death.
