I don't know how or why it works, but I lose 4 lbs a week doing this...

Before 9 AM I eat everything and anything I want. This morning I had nachos, beef stroganoff, garlic bread, and frosted flakes cereal.

Sometimes I go thru WHATABURGER (open 24 hours) and get hamburger and ff, and then next door is the donut shop and I get a chocolate cream filled donut.

Do all this before 9 AM!!

I only drink water.

Then at 2 PM I have either grilled chicken or turkey (plain) with a vegetable (I like sweet potatoe-plain). You can have a salad or whatever, just don't put anything on it.

Then 5 Pm is my last meal. I usually eat some fruit.

I exercise for 30 - 60 minutes ALMOST everyday. Usually in the morning from 6 -7 AM

If I get hungry, I drink water.

I feel great !!! I don't feel deprived, because I know that in the morning I can have anything I want. BBQ ribs, chocolate bunnies, pancakes, etc...
Good luck.... don't forget to walk or whatever....

I'd try eating only fruit in the A.M. until noonish. Keep yourself really hydrated with water, don't even think of soda or anything else, just water. At lunch you'll be famished, but try and steer clear of the starchy foods. Fill up on some salad, celery, carrots, broccoli, or cucumbers. Actually any vegetable that isn't starchy and has a lot of water in it. Or eat what you like, but really put a limit on how much, but avoid soda's or anything carbonated. Again, the idea is to keep hydrated. Snack regularly on veggies or fruit when you get hungry because you will. If you really need more, try nuts (almonds and walnuts have great health benefits), but don't go crazy. When dinner comes along, eat what you want, but don't eat too much. If you're really hungry, load up on salads or veggies. The idea is to keep lots of water in your system. Try eating an early dinner and snack some more on the veggies. Get in some exercise, say... 30 mins to an hour of cardio (walking, or even jogging) twice a day in the morning and the evening, you should see some great results. Lifting some weights every other day on top of the diet and cardio exercise will speed up the process. You should see results the first week and lose quickly as you work and maintain this sort of diet. And most importantly, Don't skip meals!!! This sends the message to your body to store calories away, and you don't want that. So make it a priority to eat and eat regularly. Salt can also have adverse affects, so be wary of the sodium content in your food. Low sodium will keep you more hydrated and the weight coming off. You will be using the bathroom a lot, but this is normal. Good luck!!!

Ok, since you can get online, educate yourself about nutrition. Eating right is the most important thing you can do. Never go on a diet. Eat right and your body does the rest. Cut down on sugars and high starch foods. You can still eat breads and pastas..just change to whole wheat pasta and breads made with real wheat flours, not enriched, that just means tha tthey have taken out the good stuff. White flour is the worst thing for ya.
If you really want to do this right, educate yourself about food.
I know you can do it....good luck!
p.s. Don't starve or overdo the exercise. Do it right!!

See if it is the dressing on the salad, you should stick to fruit and vegetables, celery for example takes more energy to eat then it is in calories: feel the burn!, for lunch, and drink alot of water while exerciseing.

A girl I heard was going on a liquid diet, as a last resort that might work. Just make sure that you give yourself some nutrients. Watery fruit, like watermelon and fat burning celery could also help.

Best of luck!

You are so young, so that is in your favor. Start by eliminating all junk food, since it's really not good for you. Set a walking routine and make it a part of your life. If walking is better for you in the morning, then do it then. Start by walkin 5-10 minutes if that's all you can tolerate. Walking increases the endorphins in your body giving you a natural "high". Increase your water intake. Our bodies are made up of about 70% water, so believe it or not our bodies crave it. Good luck!!

Talk to a dietitian and see what he/she would recomend. A dietitian is someone who can help you plan out your meals and help you lose weight, but you should also consider thinking about excerising everyday and stay away from all that junk food and especially pop.

I would get in contact with GPPacks? If he/she is a registered dietition you should speak with them. The problem with someone who tends to be a little heavier and trys to loose weight to fast can suffer ill effects. You don't want to traumatize your body, you should see a professional!

you can go on a fast for a few weeks. drink lots and lots of water. exercise everyday. then after a few weeks only eat vegetables and fruit. and again lots of water. you should be able to loose around 20 pounds in a month.
