there is this great guy at work, i know he likes me by the way he acts and wants to be around me constanly. he always teases me and stuff. I think i may have hurt him before by going out with another guy but was always friendly and flirty with me. He know constantly flirts with me even more then before. He will also help me with anything at the drop of a dime. So my question is how do i get him to ask me out? I really like him only thing is im gonna be going to germany for a year and he is going to be comming in june to visit. should i just ask him out and see how it goes or just leave and keep him as a friend and try to forget about him. (he also looked sooooo sad when my mom was talking about me going and saying how im gonna find a hot german guy while im there.)

Yes definately ask him out. The poor guy is pratically suffering for you. I think you know if you ask him out he'll say yes. He sounds like a great guy and he isn't going out with any girls (that i know of) so he's kinda saving himself for you.

isnt it irritating when guyz behave that way ?? i mean if hez flirting ...why cant he ask u out ?? maybe he isnt asking u out because u work together? isnt it wierd if sumone ur dating is working with u ?
i wouldnt suggest that u ask him out. im not in favor of girls asking guyz out. but u can if u want to.
i would suggest that u stay in touch with him as a friend ..and when he comes to visit...u can hang out together. sumthing might happen ...;) so relax .

ask him out, talk and get the whole thing out, that way when he cames for a visit you'll have so much more to share.
