I'm a freshman in high school and since the 7th grade my grandparents put me in homeschooling. and i cant meet nobody because of it.The only changes i have are when i'm out going somewhere. i'm kind of shy and afraid of what other people might think of me. anybody have some advise for me let me know.

Okay. You need to get out. You most likely have some friends who aren't homeschooled, and you should go hang out with them. If they are truly your friends, they will help you break your shell and get to know people. I promise that this will work. Just keep trying to talk, and be outgoing. You are sure to attract friends/guys. Also, go to the bookstore, or a place you like to hang out at. You will find some hotties, who are like you, and interested in what you like!

"Finding" someone usually happens when you are not even lookin'. You don't wanna hear it, but it is early to be so concerned about havin' a boyfriend. Being with someone can be great but it's a lot of work and can be even more work if it isn't in the proper time. Besides, guys in high school are typically not worth the time just cuz of a lack of maturity, trust me, from one female to another :o)

try to get your grandparents to get you in a progam with groups of guys and girls like the Y or something. And ask your grandparents if you could go to public schools.

you shouldnt be afraid of what others think of you. when you go out try and meet some new friends. exchange numbers maybe. i bet your very pretty. try looking online for places youve never been. go there and maybe try to even flirt a bit. you should know this im younger than you.

well try going to some school functions ...you don't always have to be in the school...and try to meet a couple of people because most likely they will have lots of guy friends
