He seems indifferent with her now, and he's been the love of my life for ages.
Why dosen't he just break up with her..
He sometimes gives me signs that he likes me, but others that he hates me, what's wrong?.
I'm nice to him, and suddenly he starts acting really dismissive of me, and sometimes he just smiles at me warmly, deep into my eyes.
Is it just an ilusion that he maybe likes me secretly?? if not, then why dosen't he break up with her and tell me??.

i'm assuming you're in middle school or high school; don't worry he is only with her for the sex... that is what men like; but don't be foolish for cute boys with cute smiles and warm eyes... look deeper than that; do you want a 'dismissive' boyfriend... why not find someone who truly cherishes you and loves you for who you are w/out all the games... why be or suffer with someone when they can make you feel like crap when you could be with someone who can make you smile when you really feel like 'crap'... life goes on, find the right person. good luck.

if he is still going out with her then he obviously likes her! I think u r prob just imagining all the things that make u think he likes u, if he really did he wouldnt be dismissive of u now would he? move on
