should i scrunch short hair?

my hair is about 1/2 inch above shoulder length. it looks too short when it's straight, so should i scrunch it?

try it, if you feel your hair is too short wait a week or so, hair that is resently cut grows faster. if you are unsatisfied with your hair now, play around with it add accessories and try different styling tecniques
