Okay, first person to post right answer/ most detail-live wins. Here is the first one:
There is a man that wants to go home but he cant because some one is waiting for him. There are people behind him that are waiting to go home with him but they are scared too. They are very scared asking themselves "who is this person and why is he at his home what does he want from them and what will they do when they get home?"
This is the second one.
Bob has gone on vacation. His housekeeper, Sally, promised to mail him the mail that arrived in the mailbox to hotel suite. After two weeks, Bob hasn't goten any mail, and he is on vacation now. He calls Sally, and she said she didn't have the key open the mailbox. See Bob sends it to Sally. After another two weeks, Bob still hasn't received ANY mail, so he goes home and fires Sally. Is this reasonable?

The first one is a baseball player who wants to score, but he is "afraid" of the catcher that is waiting there for him. The riddle normally calls the man waiting at home a "masked man", which makes a little more sense, but this is good enough :-)
The second one is unreasonable, because the man mailed it to his own house, so the key is in the mailbox with the rest of the unretrievable mail.

I'm not sure, but I think the person waiting for him is the the grim ripper and that's why he and all the people behind him are scared.
The second one depends on whether he sent the key to her, or the mailbox. If he sent it to the mailbox, then no it was not reasonable, but if he sent it to her, it was.

no the second one was not reasonable because when he sent her the key it was in the mailbox so she could not get it
