Only God may judge the hearts of men - knowing if they believe in Him, are genuinely repentant of their sins, are selfless in doing all things for His glory, are obedient to His precepts, and fervently pursue truth in His Holy Word.
If any of the people or groups you mentioned above are unrepentant of their transgressions against God, are worldly, selfish, disobedient to God's Law, or luke-warm in their beliefs, they are NOT true Christians.
You asked me personally for the definiton, so there it is. :)

Those who have been bought by the precious Blood of Jesus Christ are the true Christians and only those that know what I mean have an understanding of Gods amazing Grace and know what it means to be Saved

What IS a "True Christian"...one who follows and believes in Christ?
One who accepts Christ as their Savior?
Then, yes, I am a true Christian...
There are many definitions of "christian" depending on who you ask...

ok, this is turning into one of those "why are atheists in R&S" type of questions
a true christian, IMO, is a christian who ATLEAST TRIES to follow the word of christ. everyone makes mistakes though.

Even the bible isn't consistent in telling you what you need to do to get to heaven. Every gospel has a different take on it. Good luck guessing, 'cuz if you're wrong, you're going to that lake o' fire. If you buy that mythical nonsense. What century are we in again?
