My lovebird was attacked by my cat a while ago. She didn't have him for long before I got her off of him. He seems fine. No blood or any visible injury, somehow, and he's chirping and everything. As soon as I got him back to his cage I covered it up to let him calm down a while. Is there anything I should look for or be concerned about?

It takes about 3 days for the bacteria in a cats' saliva to invade a lovebirds' bloodstream. Your bird will likely weaken over the next day or two and die, if it is not seen by an avian vet ASAP who can treat it for this attack. The vet will administer medications to counteract the bacteria, hopefully in time to save the birds' life.
All it takes is one of your cats' teeth to slightly break skin to allow the passage of saliva into the birds' blood.
Keep your bird warm and contact an emergency vet. If you wait until morning, you reduce the chances of your birds recovery.
Best Wishes

Even with no visible injury he needs to see the vet ASAP. Even a tiny ammount of cat saliva is deadly.

I would recommend having your bird checked by a vet.

Birds have the habit of hiding anything that is wrong with them until they suddenly are too bad to treat very well.
