We has a class together. As we are entering class sometimes I'll be entering before her and hold the door till she gets it ans she says thanks and smiles. We have a class in another building on campus right after this class and to she held the door open for me when I was right behind her and I looked at her and said thank you and enthusiastically she said your welcome. Then after my class I was going down the hallway when she came out of the bathroom. I was talking on my cell phone and she heard my voice and looked over at me and when she realized i was talking on my cell phone and not talkiing to her she continued to look into my eyes and I did hers unitl we passed each other in the hall. While looking at her i winked at her and smiled While looking at me she smiled at me in a way I haven't seen do before. After that I got this feeling all over.
Was she saying I want to be friends? Was she flirting with me? What should I do tomorrow?

She was flirting with you. When a guy that you actually like winks at you and you smile, it means you appreciate it. If she hadn't, she would have turned away. It's sweet of you to hold the door for her - you sound like a gentleman, which she probably appreciates.
Get to know her now! Talk to her instead of into your cell phone. Don't wink too much; it can be creepy sometimes. Good luck, though!
--And a question for you about the winks: what are guys thinking when they wink at a girl? Does that automatically mean that he likes her, or can it just be that he wants to get into her pants or nothing at all?

I think that she was flirting with you it sounds like you've never met before. I think that you should find out who one of her friends are. Then ask her friend if the girl (that you think is flirting with you) would be interested in you. To me, it sounds like she is. It also sounds like you're interested in her. You sound like a polite, nice guy. I'm sure that a girl wouldn't mind going out with you. When you said that you winked at her and smiled, I thought that you might be interested in her back. You should definitely go for it.

Sure sounds as if she likes you, at least a bit. You could try to talk to her and maybe do dinner or something. I should warn you that she maybe one of those evil trap girls...that are all nice and friendly, but clam up if you attempt anything more then just the holding doors.

Oh she has definitley fallen for you. If she touches you a lot (like on the shoulder) when she's talking to you then that is a plus! If you like her back then hang out with her more and give lots of compliments.
