The hallucinations I had during sleep paralysis (not necessarily dreams) became a reality for me when I was a Christian. I had other religious people convince me that demons had actually visited me. I was paranoid in the conscious world for quite a while, until I started researching it, and found that it was untrue and that it is simply a sleep "disorder" -- and a fairly common one at that.

I believe anything is possible, if you experience something and hold on to that experience as your reality,as "who you are",then yes, you have manifested that dream into your life's experience, and it as made you it's reality. Everyone should log their dreams and refer to them more often for life's answers.
