i hate to sound lame, but since its beginning to get hot again, the ladies are warming up to me a heck-of-a lot all the time. they werent like that during the winter. what im trying to ask is, does the weather affect arousal in men and women too?

that is the way the animal kingdom works. Not to be gross but animals tend to get busy when the days get longer and warmer.The seasons affect everything. Enjoy the perks.

In the winter i am so self-conscious! (it sounds opposite but w/e) but yes, towards the hotter seasons i tend to warm up too

yep. its horny time. Winter everyone is all covered up and stays indoors. Summer take off your clothes and get in the water. Everyone looks better half naken. (well not everyone)
