Where I am in the Yorkshire Pennines has an official crime rate of zero, it's one of the main reasons we moved here (were in crime infested Leeds before). A few years ago there was a massive crime wave in the neighbouring village when the police found an out of date tax disc.

Other than that I beleive the others are correct in saying the Scilly Isles which has a total of two police officers.

Isles Of Sciliy I would hazard a guess at. Either that or Lundy Island or another one of the remote Islands with 1 or 2 inhabitants on

Strangely enough, this was raised on a television programme recently.

The answer is the Sicilly Isles (off the coast of Cornwall)
