ok well i basically have a WHOLE LOTTA black heads on my nose and they're starting to spread even MORE. I tried all those face washes and creams and whatever, but it hasn't changed a bit. all i see are MORE blackheads growing darker and spreading. so plz HELP. lol. I have a dance next month and I dont want to show up with a black spotted nose...

I am the same way with blackheads. I usually get alot on my nose. Heres what I do:
1. Before you take a shower turn on the hott water in the sink and put a towl over your head to keep the steam in. Steaming your face opens your pores alot. Do this for about 20 minutes. I know its going to be boring standing there, but trust me it works! Do this everyday.
2. While in the shower .. take a face wash and just scrub your nose (not too hard) for about 20 seconds then wash it off.
3. Before you get out of the shower, run your nose/face under cold water. This will help seal up your pores.
-- Also drink lots of water during the day! and try not to use any makeup over your nose.
I needed a cheap and easy way to get rid of black heads and I found this way to be the most effective! Mine were really bad too, so it took about 1 week for them to be gone.
Oh! and every 3 days you could use Biore pore strips. They are AMAZING! http://www.biore.com

First, use one of the many nose strips on the market. After placing it on, let it dry and most of the blackheads will come out with it when you peel it off.
I am now 47 and since childhood I have always cleaned my face with Regular Listerine and cotton balls, especially over and around the nose and forehead area. You would not believe the dirt that comes off. With it being antiseptic you have an additional benefit. I have always had a clear but light complexion, my teachers even commented on this throughout high school. Always to keep your fingers off your face. Always use cotton balls, q-tips, something sanitary. The Listerine should start drying alot of it over night. My daughter is 18 and wanted me to get Pro-active. She had a recent breakout and ask me what to do. I again told her to get use the Listerine before I ordered it. To her surprise, Mom was right. Her face has stayed clear for the past three months. Her boyfriend has started using it also. At first it will tingle, but not a bad tingle, so don't get scare. Your face will feel clean and breathable.

Biore makes an ultra deep cleansing nose strip. I have a problem with blackheads on my nose too. I use clean&clear blackhead clearing astringent. After my face is dry, I use one of the ultra deep cleansing nose strips from biore. They don't get everyhing, but what they don't get, they bring closer to the surface so that you can get them with your fingers.
Sometimes, it makes it easier to wet your face with warm water first. It opens the pores up. Use a pore minimizing face wash to help with the holes that are left after the nose strip and the squeezing.

A good daily facial twice a day would do wonders. Try Skinlogics from BeautiControl with All Clear Outta Sight added to that. I think that would be all you would need to start with.

squezze it all out. it might hurt a bit but I do it all the time and it really works. wash really good afterward so all the gunk in't on you.

Use Rubbing Alcohol it will stink but it dries them up & your problem is gone.Good Luck
