I like both. I only like strongly flavored coffee, so I tend towards espresso drinks. I usually have three shots of espresso in a 12 oz cup and top it off with hot water. Add half and half and sugar and it's the best cup of coffee ever. If you can see through it, it's too weak and you may as well be drinking water. Don't make the mistake of using skim milk in you coffee. Nasty. You really need that bit of fat to enhance the flavor and richness. You're not using a lot of it anyway, so cut the calories somewhere else. I usually drink tea at home because my husband doesn't drink coffee. I like my tea strong too. I drink it with milk and sugar due to my British grandmother. I usually take two teabags, one a chai spice tea and the other some type of black tea. I remove the cardboard tags and put them in a pot with cold water. Then, I put it on the stove and let it simmer until it is ready. I usually judge by the color when it is done to my liking, but it's usually about five minutes. I do it that way because tea tastes better when it is made from fresh, cold water and if I just dunk the teabags into hot water, it's cold before it gets strong enough. I pour the tea into my cup in which I've already mixed my milk and sugar together and it's done. Delicious!
