She keeps threatening to send me back and says if she puts me up for adoption, the government will send me back to my dad and I have no say. I need to know if this is true. Oh God, I don't want to go. I have multiple friends who I've told about my problem but they don't know if she's telling the truth or lying. They've talked with their parents about adopting me and they're fine with it, but my mom knows going back home would make me the most miserable since I can't even speak my own language! Oh please God, help me! I don't want to go home and I don't want to stay with my mom.
Please, any help or advice would be appreciated.

Your Mother sounds evil. Even if you are being disobedient you don't tell your child that you do not want him. (I'm sorry!!) You can contact a court and ask for court appointed attorney. A school counselor will be able to guide you with this. Go talk with a school counselor. You can ask to have your Mother's rights severed. OR you can deal with her for 2 more years and get out when you are 18.

Good luck!!!

Julia first off your response is abusive, secondly he isn't from Mexico he is from Estonia so he is evidently European and third he said he was LEGAL so who is shipping him back if he came here legally? DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE?

Son, you need to consult the courts about being emancipated. However, it is best if you stay with your mom because some of the other places sure aren't desirable even though it seems tough with them right now. It is your age, trust me (been there and done that and living it with my own right now). I don't know what trouble you have with your mom, but I am a mom too of teens so if you need someone to confide in you may email me and I will see if I can direct you in the right way. Your mom may make you mad I am sure but perhaps with another person looking from the outside in you can be given a different perspective.

In the United States, you can move out when you are 18 years old, as you will be considered an adult. If you wish to get out soon, you can take legal action to become emancipated, which means that you can move out. The state will recognize you as sort of an unofficial adult.

If you are worried about being sent home, you can consult with immigration authorities, ask them what would happen if your mother did put you up for adoption, whether or not you would be deported as a result. You could also consult an immigration lawyer who could help you sort this out.

Sounds like the easiest way for you to stay in the USA is to be nice to your mom. Even though she may be wrong, you can sacrifice a little bit of pride for a bigger goal. We all love when people are nice to us. Some parents (and kids) can be abusive, but ultimately I doubt any other person will love you more than your mom. It does not sound like your mom abuses you physically, that would be a different story.

I believe that she is right, if you came here
legal because of her, she is right, all you have to do is after living 5 years in this country, applier for a citizenship after you are a citizen it doesn't mater what she do she can't send you back. And remember that you have to be 21 to live on your on.
sorry

What's your address? I will be sure to send some very nice people to your home to help you and your family sort this out, on your trip back to Mexico. Neither of you has the right to be here and you have a nerve to ask for help here. Was the ACLU to busy to help you? God knows that they aren't doing anything for us lately.

i think you should really talk to a lawyer that deals with immigration or go to immigration services to try to resolve the conflict.
