ok...umm i likw this boy and he sits in back of me in english class. he acts liek he likes me...but i don't know. he was talking about how he made out with his ex girlfriend like 3 times....and he asked me how many times i have and i said i cna/t until i'm 16...but i'm planning on going behind my moms back..what should i do??? oh by the way i'm 13

Im 13 too! And I think I have the answer for you. I had this crush on this one boy, so I started acting really flirty and imodest. Yeah, he noticed me. But in a bad way. When I gave up and started acting like myself, he started hanging out around me, and soon we got our relasonship on a roll! Our first kiss was outside, all alone. It was so romantic. We still hang out and are both sooo happy.
I dont know what kind of personality your crush has, so try acting flirty to him first. If he notices you, thats great. If not, then just be yourself.
