Guy #1: I like him more (i think), and have liked and known him a little longer. I told him how i felt, and he never responded. He doesn't treat me any different from anyone else he knows.
Guy #2: #1's best friend. Asked to work with me on this spanish project. Seems to like me more than #1, but I'm not sure if he "likes me" likes me, or is just friendlier.
I don't want to give up on 1 if 2 isn't into me at all.....who would you pick? (If it matters: #1 is hotter, but they are both cute.)

So I was absent for a few days and when I came back to school my everyone was talking about this new project we have and the teacher wants us to pair off w/ a person of the opposite gender. So a lot of guys wanted to be my partner, but i kinda wanted to be w/ 2 anyway so when he asked me i said sure. Then he went off and teased his friend, who also asked me, that I chose him over the other guy. Then his other friend, who already had a partner said, "I should have been with you!" Were they just being stupid, or is this significant?

#2's friends sit in front of me in spanish and whenever we watch movies #2 comes and sits next to me, but its just to be w. his friends. I think....

Also, (geez, sorry for all the details, but its complicated!) wouldn't it make sense that #1 never replied when i told him i liked him if his friend (#2)liked me? That makes sense to me...maybe #1 is just a jerk and that's why he won't say anything...or perhaps he's shy. People told me he is, and someone who knew him last year said 1 isn't into girls right now. But he seems to flirt w. me sometimes...he smiled at me once, and stares at me a lot. Once i overheard his friends talking about me w. 1. So I'm unsure if #1 likes me, or #2 likes me, or if they BOTH like me...maybe I'm just overreacting!

And my close friend, who is the only other person (besides you guys, don't you feel special!) who knows that I like #2...b/c wouldn't he think it was kinda wishy-washy of me to like his friend then like him? But n e way, my friend said that since the beginning of school this year she's noticed that I seemed into #2, even when i was obsessed w. only #1. But i can't seem to face it! I know i like #2, why is it so hard to admit it?

I have just gone through the same thing. The best thing to do is just reach for the one you want. Don't settle. No boy or girl wants to be in a relationship jsut because they couldn't get the one they really wanted. That is not fair to that person nor yourself. Talk to number one if that is the boy you really want. You might get hurt, but no sense in hrting someone else needlessly. Good Luck Hun

Guy 2. he is into you. You won't know how 2 feels until you are with him more.
1 is not into you he treats you the same even after you let him know your feelings about him/ and being hotter does not matter..
it is what is felt in the heart about you...for you...
