The worst thing a parent can do to a teenager is cut her off from communication. When you catch her in a lie, take away her phone. Forbid her from using the computer. Something is going on if she's lying. She's hanging out with the wrong people. You need to confront her directly about it and ask what's going on. She may get mad and scream and yell, but just sit it out. Don't say a word, just wait. Eventually, she'll start to talk. She may have social issues, like you won't let her hang out with that guy or something silly...

I think you need to decide if you're willing and able to really fight her on it, and is it worth it? In my opinion the only way it would actually be worth the struggle if she is going someplace truly unhealthy (like a heroin shack) If not then she is probably lying because she wants to feel more independent, by not having to tell you her every single frigging move. So what would I do? Scenario 1) Heroin den) have her arrested and then put her into serious re-hab. Scenario 2) Lying because she feels controlled and disrespected: Sit down and talk. You try to appreciate that she really does need to start having some freedom and responsibility, which means let her be. And get her to understand that at 15 she is well equipped but not totally equipped to handle the world on her own and that given this you will be there to help her if she has any difficulties but that in order to help you need be in a partnership with her that has good communication. Finally don't get mad at her for lying to you. I know that the lying is probably the worst part for you but don't take it personally; teenagers lie.

Calm Down. You really need to push the love factor, and respect her. She wants to fight and is pushing her boundaries. Right now you need to be loving and guide her with words, not boring hour long speeches about how she should act, but 5 minute reminders that she is a great person and has a lot of good in her, that she needs to know life goes on past 15. Help guide the right decisions to be made when she is out. Once she sees you are genuine and love her and just want the best for her and for her to be safe, she will start listening more, then you can work more on the get home by... and the you are not going to...

don't let her go if she's not going to tell you the truth about where she's going. don't just tell her no, tell her why you are saying no. if she wants to go somewhere badly enough, she'll tell you the truth if it's the only way you'll let her go. also, she's nearing the age when she'll be old enough to get her license. each time she lies to you about where she is going and what she is doing, add a month to the length of time she needs to wait. chances are, she really wants her license, and this will keep her from lying to you, because she'll want it as soon as possible.

People lie because they are afraid of the consequences.
She's less likely to tell the truth if she knows she'll be punished.
Encourage her to open up to you then get her to trust you. It is only then that you can really help her.

Don't let her go anywhere except school....if she keeps lying, then she's not trustworthy. She must earn your trust back, and it shouldn't happen overnight.
