Lose 1 lbs or more and you can be a Flyweight under Nevada State Athletic Commission combat sports doctrine.
However, most flyweights weigh 123 not 124, so 123 would be a better weight to get down to and its only 2 lbs to lose, very easy to shed.
Some famous flyweight MMAs are Shinichi Kojima, Mamoru Yamaguchi, Setsu Iguchi, and Robson Moura. Most of them fight in Shooto.
Granted, Shooto rules are a little different then the Nevada Athletic Commission one's, they consider flyweights bantamweights; nonetheless, its still the same difference, a flyweight and bantamweight in MMAs are nearly identical in size.

Actuall the 155 pounds is the max weight for the lightweight division, I believe it goes from 135 to 155, it could be less than that, because I have seen some pretty small fighters back in the day, then again MMA has changed since then. Just try to gain some muscle without the use of supplements, that way you are always fighting at a natural weight for you, and gain about 5 or 10 pounds. If anything train anyways and right before a weigh in eat a big meal and drink a lot of water. This will pack on temporary weight for you so that you can weigh in and fight.
Another thing is to check out kickboxing or muay thai, these are in my opinion everything that has to do with MMA except the submissions, and they have a class just for you, it the featherweight division and that is the class most of the fighters tend to be in, well in Muay Thai anyways. Those people are small over there.

If you fight like Bruce Lee, it doesn't matter how much you weigh... you'll still get double legged all the same...
