Good looks will help attract a guy, but a good personality will help keep him.

As for what is considered good looking- it varies. Culture, upbringing and the guy's experiences all play a part.

Example- Most guys place a major importance on breasts. However, I've seen the Sydney Gay & Lesbian parade, where men with boob jobs march down the street.
I still like breasts, but they aren't as important as they used to be.
