Hopefully you have gone to a urologist by now and he ( or she although there are few female) has told you you are fine. Sometimes one needs reassurance about what the 'little bumps' are.

OK ! First things first . If you have any abnormal lumps or bumps on your testicle(s) I suggest that you go see your doctor right now . This is not something to play with . This doesn't always mean cancer but nevertheless get it checked . Your testicle(s) can also become a little more sensitive than normal . The cancer cells will spread through your body via the lymph glands so it is important to contain it in the testicular area . I left mine until it was too late and the cancer had spread to my liver and lungs . I came out ok but it was touch and go for a while . It is better to lose a testicle than your life and it isn't that bad . It's actually an interesting conversation piece sometimes . I mean how many one "balled" guys do you know out there ??? LOL . Good luck and have it checked out !

If one testicle becomes larger than the other. Shine a flashlight through the testicle. If the light doesn't shine through then you probably have something there. You'd then want to see a doctor.

You should go to the doctor immediately. It is probably nothing, but you want to make sure. I had a little lump in my groin area once. Luckily, the problem was that I had the beginnings of a hernia, and the doctor told me not to lift anything heavy for 2 weeks. Hopefully your problem is trivial like mine was, but better to be safe and have it checked.

Maybe you should go and see a doctor about this because the doctor is the only person who can diagnose this kind of cancer.
