I fear I can't really help you as I live to far away but I know this wish from my own childhood.
Be careful - you will get tons of mails of guys who want to spank you but you should never meet them alone. I don't have a good solution but I know it is very dangerous to personally meet such guys who are often sadists without proper precautions.
Maybe it's better you try to spank yourself for the beginning. Later on your boyfriend could be happy to do it...

Hi Alyssa! I've answered your other question on this subject, so here I'd just echo what Samoth said - be very, very careful who you contact about this. I know how urgent the need can be - but though it's a dispiriting, boring answer, you'd best wait a little till you can find a boyfriend (or girlfriend) who'll be happy to spank you as part of the relationship.
But meanwhile, don't let anybody put you down by telling you you're 'sick' or 'perverted'. Liking to be spanked is a harmless and enjoyable kink, shared by huge numbers of people - and it's something to be happy about.

I can only suggest that you wait a few years before practicing your interest. Not only do you put yourself at risk of meeting the WRONG person, but you'd put any person you met, whether his intents with you were honorable or not, in danger of legal ramifications. I've known girls your age that tried to hide in adult chats or sites, and it only led to heartbreak on everyone's parts. Until you're old enough to practice this interest, ask honest questions of those that appear to be in the know, and try to learn what interests you so much about being spanked. 1st of all why do you want to get spanked in the first place. if u didnt do anything wrong why get punished for not doing nothing. but if you really want to just take a deep breath and just blurt it right out and then it will be over with
