This may sound like a cheeky answer but I would say any foods that are not BAD for your teeth.

There really aren't any foods that improve the health of your teeth simply by eating them. There are however, several foods that can be much less detrimental for your teeth. The obvious answer is to avoid sugar. Good luck. Sugar is in everything we eat. The key is how often the sugar is put in your mouth and the type of food it is housed in. Soft, sticky foods make great plaque nests for bacteria to build up raising the risk of decay and gum disease. Foods that are more fibrous in texture will not put your teeth and gums at the same risk level. They don't clean your teeth as some may think. We are not horses. Our diets are filled with damaging ingredients. The best plan is to maximize your intake of less harmful foods and minimize your intake of more harmful foods.
