guys, how important is sleeping with yr gf in a relationship?

How important is it for you? my bf has slept with girls, but i havent and dont want to yet, does it cause a problem in relationship? Would it for you? Will he go and find that kind of thing some where else? will he get bored with me?

Please help me, he says it doesnt matter but i dont believe him:(

It's not important. Love can wait 5 years, lust can't wait 5 minutes. If he breaks up with you because of not having sex, then it means your relationship would have been based on sex.....and it most probably wouldn't have lasted anyway...he just would have gotten tired of you and probably kicked you to the curb. So please consider all of this before you sleep with him. It's much more better to wait until you marry. Best of luck to you.

From the sound of your question I would imagine you're fairly young. If thats the case then do whatever you want and don't let him pressure you.

If he does get bored then you're better off without him and you know he was only after one thing anyway. Sex is supposed to be fun and so wait until it feels right and you'll enjoy it a hell of a lot more and not have to deal with any residual feelings of guilt. (You've also got less chance of just becoming another notch on his bedpost as well)

I know im not a guy, but i have recently been in the same position.
I started seeing a guy who was used to getting a lot of sex, but i wasnt ready for that. I tol him this and he accepted it, but occassionally he'd try it on and see how far he could get. For the most part he was the perfect gentleman, and he really fell for me and respected me for my chastity.
What im trying to say, is that if he has genuine feelings for you, then it should not cause a problem.

If you are the one for him then he will wait then if not tell him to find someone else. He does not have to find it elsewhere as he can always play with himself. Ask him and tht way you will get to know him better.
