No, first you as many misunderstand what the "rights" are.
They only relate to questioning, so before they question you, then they read your rights, but not during the arrest ( any arrest) not during fingerprinting, not during photo, not during strip search.
If the police have all the evidence theyneed, and never question you, basicly you will never be read any rights.

In GA, I was questioned and later turned myself in. I was never read my rights, told I was under arrest, or offered an attorney. More than that, I went to court appearances four times, and have yet to be sworn in! Wonderful system we got here!

It depends. You're only read your rights if you are in custody and being questioned.

any time youae arrested youare supposed to be read your rights , but some cops don't bother , but if you go to trial they will swear they read you your rights,

that's what happens when you watch too much TV. Miranda is only required when you are in CUSTODY and being QUESTIONED....custodial questions name,dob, address...do not apply
