I have long curly hair and the last few inches to me are doing nothing and it takes too long to straighten now that is so long... but I took forever to grow it out, Should I cut it or just get a trim?

it will only matter if you chop it off so short that you can't put it into a ponytail anymore. i cut about 8 inches off of my hair about 2 years ago because i was so sick of only wearing a ponytail all the time. i have to say, i loved having short hair but i began to miss my long hair.
definitely think it through, but remember hair is just hair and it will always grow back.

Well if you are tired of wearing a ponytail you should get a cute short hair cut. Or you could get it cut in layers or just trim it.

Well, if you cut it all off, you won't be able to put your hair in a pony tail anymore. Then again, I find women with short hair pretty hot. So if you don't want sickos like me hitting on you, just get a trim.

get a trim if you like your long hair if you do chop it off donate it
