I'm currently conjuring up a recipe and would like to know; is it better to marinade in room temperature or in the fridge? I need to put my shishkabobs on the Que tonite ... so I have 3 hours to get this flavor set in ... room temperature (out) or cold (in)??

put the kabobs in a ziplock bag and remove as much air as
possible and place in fridge till ready to que,works every time. don't forget to put the marinade in with the kaboba.

Try both. Put it in the fridge for about an hour then put in on the counter for two.
