It will pick off quite easily after wiping it with baby oil. Also having a warm bath or shower and getting the water on the face will help.
The biggest concern is not that it is on her face, but what you use to get it off. It will not hurt her face and it will wear off very quickly. Nail polish attaches itself to hard non porous surfaces, which is why it stays on acrylic nails longer than natural nails and why we use a primer on our nails first so it will adhere to that.
Make sure you take some photos to use at her 21st!!!

if glasses are worn continuously over time the poor vision will generally become worse. Essentially what glasses do is lock the eyes into their refractive state and in order to see through your lenses you have to maintain the poor vision that the lenses are designed to correct.
"Restore my vision” program you'll be taken by the hand, it shows you how to improve your vision naturally, permanent and complete solution.
Even the American Optometric Association has been forced to admit these things!
I'm sure that you will not regret your decision

Oh, the joys of parenting! My son did something similar with bright pink nail polish!
If you're worried call your local health line/poisons infoline. Don't try to get it off with nail polish remover as it'll damage her eyes/skin. When my son did it I just had to wait until it wore off... took a while... and it took a lot of explaining whenever we went shopping..... lol

I find nail polish comes off the skindaround my fingers after a long soak in the bath or shower.
Perhaps you can take her swimming. If she is not afraid of putting her head under the water it would help.
Hair conditioner is good for removing all sorts or substances, provided it doesnt hurt her eyes.

Hi you could try using glycerin and let her sit in a bath with plenty of water being splashed on her hopefully it should come of , get it off as soon as you can nail polish contains a lot of chemicals that cause cancer one is formaldehyde as well as many others anything that goes on your skin or nails goes through your body, liver, kidneys etc so getting it off as soon as possible would be good , ring your local hospital they could give you some advice , good luck

The baby oil might work but DON"T put it on or near her mouth if she swallows the baby oil it will make her very sick. I heard of a few cases were baby oil has been swallowed by young children and in a few cases led to the death of the child. It's just going to take some time and it will wear off on it's own. Just make sure you take some photo's for later.

Use nail polish remover. It may sound dangerous, but just be real careful and not get any in her nouth or eyes. It may sting a bit, but it should work as good aversion therapy.
