That's an answer given by a 12 year old, who has been listening to "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" all day long.
But since her 'youth director' told her this, it must have some truth in it. As we all know, sources tell the truth.

edit: Having read it, I would think that person has no mind. It seems pretty obvious that they don't have the capability to think for themselves and figure that people have not even been around for billions of years.
