Normally Farming isn't a field I would ever consider going into especially with all these stories I hear on the media about how farmers go into debts because companies don't pay much for their produces, but because my specialty is creating solutions, I am considering developping new farming methods to cut farming cost down, but the only thing is everytime I call Groceries and all that, they always tell me that I'm supposed to throw a price at them and they would counter it. Since calling them to give me the average amount they pay per box or pound is counterproductive, I am hoping that someone here can give me a rough estimate of how much stores/distributers etc. pay based on season and per box/pound/KG or whatever their preferred measurement unit is.
