I am planning to purchase the Versa SL 6-speed manual with the ABS package around the end of April. What are people actually paying?

Intellichoice suggests "Target Price: $14,450" while
Edmunds says the TMV is $15,326.

What price should I expect to pay which would be fair for both the dealer and me?

The lower price would be most accurate unless you are putting some extras on it.
How on earth did you find one with ABS? I hear they are impossible to find.

As this is a 6 speed, you will have more bargaining power. Most people cannot drive, and do not want to drive a manual. That being said, there is not a lot of markup, and there are no real incentives from Nissan. Find out the invoice, add $500 to it, and go. Do not add on anything, and do not pay over $200 for any dealer fees.

Check Edmunds and they will give you the True Market Value of this car in your area......when you look at the invoice and the retail price you will soon find out that there is hardly any money on these vehicles for the Nissan Dealer......I know for I work at one......they are in high demand and anything back of sticker will be OK........but don't be a "you know what" and think that you are going to get thousands knocked off......I am in Texas if you are serious email me and you can have it at invoice!...if I have it....other wise $500 over!!....sorry!
