In person. away from his friends. be nice about it, and know that he might be angry. wade that out. Know that he might cry. pretend not to notice. don't just drop a bomb, start with a purpose, but ease into it. be nice. don't blame him, but have a reason. Unless he was a jerk in which case u curse him out in front of all that he holds dear.
