application for Texas Certificate Of Title??!?!?!?

HI, I was wondering if anyone culd help me i am having kind of a difficulty feeling out this application..i need to know what to put where ir says in #21.Sales and use tax Computation..do I have to do likle the taxes im gonna pay or what??? and also i was wondering how would i know how much my car weights and the capacity..where can i find that...well thanks people i really appreciate it !!

The sales/use tax question is, how much sales/use tax did you pay when purchasing this car. The second issue relates to trucks/semi trucks, vehicles that need a scale weight and pay taxes on that scale weight. Cars do not have to pay scale weight tax. Hope this helps. Good luck.
