i like this guy, and i see him evryday in lunch. our friends and us play cards everyday. he always smiles at me and we talk and stuff. he used to go out my one of my friends but not anymore. when ever im with him i feel this connection. i think he likes me because of the way he looks at me and the way he talks to me. like im special. i really think he likes me but hes like a closed book. im not sure what to do becaus ei don't want to ruin our friendship. we're graduating this year and aren't going to the same high schools. so im not sure what to do. please help!

First, (from your words) he seems to like you. Just bring the issue of graduation into conversation and you may talk about everybody will be taken into a new life and so, then ask him (in a soft tone - soft not romantic) if he will be busy in his new life or will he be there for you.... See his impression and note his tone, you will be easily able to identify if he is serious, likes you back, just a kind friend...etc. Now you know and you have to evaluate and decide. Yet, he may not be sincere in his feelings if he is the type that likes to hook around with opportunities.

Just keep things the way they are for a little while longer and if you feel that the feelings are getting stronger for you and you tend to spend more time with him then come out and ask him. Straight forward "Hey I really like to hang out with you and I enjoy your friendship but I was wondering if this is going to stay friends or is this going somewhere else. I just don't want to ruin what we already have."

hmmm at the end of the year just write him a note, saying that you do like him, but don't want to ruin your friendship if he doesn't have the same feelings. and that you also really value your friendship, so if he doesn't like you, then ask him not to make it come between you and let you two still be just as close of friends if he doesn't like you.

I think hes likes u but if u ever want to find out for sure u have to talk to him. He seems shy so u might have to do some work to get him to open up if he really does like u.

well before you guys graduate. You should tell him how you truley feel. Because if you dont, for a few months, EVEN YEARS! you will still have feelings for him and wish you'd knew if he liked you back. Because say if he does like you back. You will know and probably be happy. But if you dont, you'll wish you would have known if he liked you, or wish you did tell him how you felt kk!

kk, here's wat u do. when ur playing cards at lunch, go up to him and say this "hey, do u want to go for a walk outside or something, theres something important that i need to talk to you about". hopefully, he will say yes, and then when ur walking with him, u tell him that u like somebody and u gradually hint that its him, see if he like u back, and then if he does ask where he wants to take the relationship, and if he doesn't just ask if u can still be friends
