The end of this Wicked System of Things. God let us prove to him that we could do without him, govern ourselves. The only thing we have proven in 2000 years is that we are totally incapable of even keeping our planet in orbit. Now it is his turn to wipe clean the earth of injustice and let his Kingdom rule over us instead of human corrupt governments.
In my opinion that is.

Paul thought that the end times were upon him in the 1st century.

Jesus said that he was coming again, soon.

Infact Jesus began his ministry saying that the Kingdom of Heaven was at hand.
Mark 1:15
and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel."
Matthew 4:17
From that time Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

When Jesus came into the world, he inaugurated the end age of the world. Now, almost 2000 years later, how much closer to the end are we now than the world was when He was still here?

How much longer do YOU think God is going to put up with all the sin and evil in the world. And yet, 1 Peter 4:17
For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?

That the end has come. Maybe the movie or tv show is over, so the end has come. Or there is no more paper towels on the rool, so the end has come. Or, you have just read the last page of a book, so the end has come.

Just someone using the words in a wrong fashion.

No one knows when the end will come.

well at the end of a dvd it means put a new one in or flip sides or something. If you are referring to the end of time, it means Christ has come back for His church.

it means either someone has finished their book... or the entire world is about to collapse into itself and all intelligent life(are we considered smart?) dies and nothing but little insects and germs are left. That is what the end has come means to me. It is different for all really...

The end has come,
Time to say goodbye,
until next time,
let us say:
Farewell.

Seems like the goodbye song at the end of one of my kids tv shows.

Supposedly some kind of big Armageddon in which we're all going to die, but of course, there are those that don't believe. The non-believers are supposed to go to hell and the believers will live eternally in heaven.
