There are alot of things that you can do but if i was in your shoes i would pack my stuff and get gone cause there is nothing else to say. he made it very clear who he really wants to be with.

First of all, I am sorry you are going through this. There is a child involved and that is the greatest gift of all and he just threw that away. However, since he was with another woman while with you and then marries this other woman, I don't even know if this makes him a good father. I feel sorry for the woman he married. That will end quickly as well. Be happy that at least you did not marry him. You a have a child now. Focus your attention on your baby. and find yourself a real man with character and morals.

I would nail him for child support and let his new wife know what a winner she just married.
If you were living together you may also be entitled to some common law separation compensation, but I am not sure how that works in the States. In Canada you would have been considered married and possibly due some alimony.
Other than that, move on.

i think i would kick his sorry *** to the curb. even though you have 8 years and kids you obviously dont have basic love or trust in your relationship and so what value does it really have. sure you could keep him around for the sake of the kids but isnt it more detrimental to have your kids have that type of behavior to emulate. get out now before it gets worse!

If he married her and not you. Then obviously you weren't the one he wanted to be with. You can't expect a man to be with you just because you gave him a child to men that doesn't mean anything these days. sorry that happened to you that sucks but move on. I'd be like oh well your loss ..NEXT!!!!

...I'd buy a good hunting rifle.................nah! That would be too good for him honey. Buy him a soap on a rope for his wedding present honey. Let's hope he doesn't accidentally slip on it anyways. He's a coward hun...so don't worry about the jerk anymore. He doesn't deserve good loving anyways. I bet he'll be getting a divorce in a year or two anyways. Remember now...he's a jerk babe! Are we cool with this sister?

I'd be pissed, he cheated on you...That's not right at all, and that's really really really wrong...you have every right to be mad at him...If he was with you he should have been honest right from the beginging....It's really bad when you find out hes dating someone else, but to get married thats insanely wrong...That even makes me mad, who does that!

Obviously you and your child are not his top priority if he is willing to do something like that. I would take it as it is, be a good mother and move on to somebody that will treat you like you were meant to be treated.

Clearly that would mean you are nothing but a booty call. Move on and find a guy that wants to be with you.
