As long as you are careful then its okay. Its funny because I am in the exact same situation as you. Your parent might not be completely comforable with the situation, but as long as he is a nice guy and treats you right, they will warm up to him. Make sure he likes you and isn't just there because he thinks your an easy freshman. Its not wrong at all and if you like him, go for it!

It would help to check the age of consent laws in your particular state. For example, in Alabama, it is Rape, Second Degree, a felony sex offense requiring registration for a male older than 16 to have sex with a girl that is older than 12, but less than 16 yo, BUT he also has to be at least 2 years older than her.
So, if the 9th grader is 14 or 15 and the 11th grader is 16 or 17...then he could have a problem if they get caught, she gets pregnant, and/or her parents start trying to get him prosecuted.

Not at all. I think that should be totally normal. There is always a stigma with the freshman girl, but its all stupid. But of course once you turn 18 make sure all you are doing is dating.

No its not......Its absolutely ok to do that.....If you really like him than thats good....And if you guys work out great together thats is terrific! Besides some boys are immature at the same age to you. Like if you are 15 and the boy is 15 you might think they are immature!

No, nothing wrong with that. Just stay forced on school and have fun. Don't be in a rush to you know what, be a young kid for now. Soon as you know it your adult enjoy.
