I think mostly evry body here that has answered your question agrees that you should do it professionally if you think they look fake & you dont like them. My friend had the same exact problem and hers actually look perfect now after she got them done at a salon. Its the best thing you can do! Hope this helps.

I'm going to go against the grain here. I say if you think you need to dye them, go for it. There your eyebrows and chances are that if you think it look fake, then it probably does.
You do have a few choices. Coming from someone who has dyed their eyebrows many times, I'll break it down for you.
If you'd like to get them done professionally, then go for it.
If you'd like to do it yourself, first see how sensitive your face is, and do it when you have time to spare, because your eyebrows my be red for a few hours.
If you want to do it yourself, be very careful beause you may end up hurting your eye's if you get anything in the.
Go to a beauty supply shop and get a package of powdered bleach or lightener.. They come in little enveloped sized packages. Then buy a bottle of 20 volume developer. The bleach should cost $3-$4 and the developer $5-$10 depending on the brand. They are usually located next to the small bottles of hair dye. Ask if you can't find it and double check your getting the right product.
Mix according to direction and apply directly to eyebrows.
Leave it on for 5-15 minutes depending on how fast your eyebrows lighten and check them every 2-3 minutes to make sure that they don't get too light.
The rule of thumb for eyebrows is that they should be one shade darker than your hair color, so if you dyed your hair light brown, leave the solution on until your eyebrows are medium brown, you don't want to get them too light because that's just as bad as being too dark.
If you decide to do it yourself, good luck!

If you want to die them dont use hair dye that will look very fake, go to a salon & they have special dye just for eye brows & eyelashes, I have dyed mine before & it doesnt last that long maybe a few days, so yeah i would do it regularly, & a cheaper way to do that is go to a beauty salong & they would prob sell the stuff for u to do it on your own, u just use q tips & apply it directly to your eyebrows....

I have dark brown hair and i dyed it a lighter shade. i know have caramel highlights. It all depends on your skin tone too...if you have fair skin, then i would recommend doing what i do, that is using bleach. I use Sally Hanson bleach for the face. I apply it to my eyebrows for less than 2min for each one. What you want is a subtle lightening, nothing too drastic, just 2 shades lighter. If you do this it will look good, trust me.

DON'T DO IT! trust me. I've read its the #1 mistake to do when you die your hair okay. First of all, if it goes into your eye, then you would have to call the doctor immediately before you become permentaly blinded.. and secondly if you over do it, your eyebrow hair can get thin. but if you REALLY want it died because you think it would look better on you. then get it professionally done. okay <3

Okay, this is a delicate thing, first of all, it can hurt the skin around your eyebrows and also it can make your eyebrows thin. If you think it looks awful go to a salon and get it done.

If you start dyeing them you will have to maintain them forever. The dye will fade, even faster then hair dye, even if you do it professionally. I would just leave your brows dark, I think it looks fine.

I wouldn't recommend using hair dye that near to your eyes.
If it bothers you that much, make sure to visit a professional to have it done.
